Are you a bit weary giving your clients your home address for mailing purposes? Are you ever concerned when packages or important items are left on your doorstep? You asked…we listened, and now we have a SOIREE | CENTER mail service available to our members!

$25 per month | no long-term commitment required

Permission to list the SOIREE | CENTER and the 1834 Bath Street address on your website and all other handles as your mailing address
Free package receiving - we accept packages and mail from the Post Office, UPS, FedEx, and couriers so you never miss a delivery again!
- Additional fees apply for larger-type deliveries such as: linen rentals, florals, and misc. event rentals
- Package receiving permits up to 3 packages per month for anything too large to fit in our small door mail box or items that need to be signed for.
Emails - you will receive an email anytime we have received mail and/or a package addressed to you so that you aren’t left wondering.
Free “Mail Check” - call us to see what items you have here. If it’s junk mail that you want thrown away… save yourself a trip!

SOIREE | CENTER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED TO THE CENTER

ALL MONTLY MEMBER MAIL SERVICE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.

IF A MEMBER FAILS TO PAY ITS MONTLY MEMBER MAIL SERVICE FEE ON OR PRIOR TO THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, AND THEN FAILS TO PAY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WRITTEN NOTICE THEREFORE, SOIREE | CENTER MAY TERMINATE SERVICE AGREEMENT IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION UPON THE EXPIRATION OF SUCH 10 DAY PERIOD.

THE MEMBER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS SOIREE | CENTER, ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OWNERS AND OTHER MEMBERS [EACH AN “INDEMNITIEE”] FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES AND SUITS [INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS] BROUGHT AGAINST SUCH INDEMNITEE ARISING FROM SUCH MEMBER’S ACTS OR OMISSIONS.

NO MEMBER SHALL MAKE ANY STATEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, SUGGESTING THAT SOIREE | CENTER IN ANYWAY IS A PARTNER OR JOINT VENTURER WITH SUCH MEMBER.

UPON TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF MONTHLY MAIL SERVICE, YOU WILL HAVE 72 HOURS TO PICK UP ALL ITEMS LEFT WITH SOIREE | CENTER. IF YOU FAIL TO RETRIEVE ANY ITEMS WITHIN SUCH 72-HOUR PERIOD, YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE US TO REMOVE SUCH ITEMS OURSELVES OR DESTROY SUCH ITEMS AS WE MAY DETERMINE IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

THE PERSON SIGNING ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT IT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO BIND AND HAS OBTAINED ANY AND ALL CONSENTS REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

IF YOU ELECT TO TERMINATE YOUR MONTHLY MAIL SERVICE, WE MUST RECEIVE A WRITTEN REQUEST [VIA E-MAIL] STATING THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO TERMINATE THE SERVICE AND THE AUTOMATIC MONTHLY FEE CHARGE. YOU WILL FINISH OUT THE REMAINING MONTH OF YOUR REQUEST AND THEN WILL NEED TO REMOVE OUR ADDRESS AND RETRIEVE YOUR ITEMS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SUCH TERMINATION.
