It doesn’t get any more Fiesta-y than a good ol’ margarita to pair with mariachis and the delicious local mexican food here in Santa Barbara. Less is definitely MORE when it comes to a delicious marg…but why not add some confetti and Corona to jazz it up a bit?!
[What You’ll Need]
- Blanco tequila
- Triple Sec
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh lime
- Agave nectar [or honey]
[What to Do]
- In a blender, pureed sliced strawberries with a small splash of tequila and refridgerate for at least an hour
- In a cocktail shaker, add 1 1/2 shots of tequila, a heavy splash of strawberry puree, a small splash of Triple Sec, and a tiny splash of agave nectar
- Squeeze the juice of half a small lime and add ice
- Shake well and serve on the rocks in a salted rimmed glass with a Corona float on top
